7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

- Ensure that all content provided for the project is legally owned or licensed
8. Intellectual Property
- All custom work product created by TechNova becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

- Third-party tools, libraries, and plugins used in projects remain subject to their respective licences.

9. Confidentiality
